RAP will bring you cost savings from a variety of different areas. Research carried out by one of our smaller scale clients found that they made savings of approximately £250,000 per annum

Fewer Permits

Firstly there are savings to be made in terms of man-hours required for preparation of permits.  Not only are there likely to be fewer permits produced, there will be savings to be made in ‘recalling’ previous permits or copying from similar ones (not that RAP will let you use these without thoroughly evaluating the applicability to the new job or circumstances)

Alignment of Status

Next there will be savings to be made from the communication of work status.  Nobody need go out of their way to establish what is happening in their area.  All information is instantly and succinctly available.

Not Having Accidents

Biggest of all of course are the savings to be made in terms of safer operation.  RAP will save you time and money just in terms of investigating fewer incidents (let alone the cost of actually having accidents).  And of course, if your Safety Professionals aren’t spending time investigating they can be adding value elsewhere on the plant.
